This article describes the implementation of the AltaPay GSA PEDs in the LS Pay Engine.

Setup

AltaPay GSA uses two types of PED devices, A35 and A920.

To be able to use the API calls, the ecr mode needs to be GSA. From the Switchio app on the PED, go to Settings -> Terminal Settings -> About Terminal -> ECR Mode.

If you have any connectivity issue on the PED, try to download configuration. Settings -> Server Parameters -> Download configuration

Settings

  • Serial Number:Serial Number of the terminal.
  • IP Address and port: IP Address and port of terminal. Note: This should be entered in the format "IPAddress:port"
  • Disable Printing: Default value false.
  • Password:Password of the terminal.
  • Timeout in seconds:Timeout in seconds, default value 120.
  • Receipt width:With of receipt in characters.
