Optomany

PED is connected via TCP/IP and port.

IP Address: Address of the PED is not accessible from the terminal itself. Note: Use an external service to locate the IP Address, for instance Angry IP Scanner.
Department ID: Unique ID supplied by Optomany.
User ID: Supplied by Optomany.
Password: Supplied by Optomany.
Receipt Line Width: Default value set to 30, indicating the width of the receipt returned by LS Pay.
Main Port: Port ID used for the communication, default value 8001.
Enable Voice Authentication: If false, the voice authentication request from the PED (Optomany gateway) will automatically be declined.

Purchase
- Cash back supplied in POS and on PED.
- Tip supplied in POS and on PED.
- Surcharge can be supplied in POS.
- Manual entry can be requested in POS.
Refund
- Stand-alone refund only.
Void
- Any transaction can be voided.
Get last transaction
Cancel
- Cancel can be sent from POS and depends on the process on the PED. If a PIN has been entered and the authentication process is ongoing, the transaction cannot be canceled.
Verification
- Signature verification to confirm ongoing transaction.
- Voice authentication to confirm ongoing transaction.
- Verify card data for ongoing transaction.

Properties

It is possible to request properties from the terminal to see if there is an update pending.
