Worldpay (FIS Global)

Before connection can be established with PED, a service must be installed, YESEFT, supplied by Worldpay (FIS Global). Note: Go through the settings and configure the terminal according to description provided.

The connection is session-based. Do not end a session until the final result is returned.

Settings

  • IP Address: Usually the default localhost value '127.0.0.1'.
  • Main Port: Default value is 10000, configurable in YESEFTConfig.bat
  • Message Port: Default value is 9000, configurable in YESEFTConfig.bat
  • Secondary Port: Handling receipts returned. Default value is 20000, configurable in YESEFTConfig.bat.
  • Receipt auto print: If set to true, no receipts are returned from LS Pay. This option was added due to the length of time it can take to parse the receipts.
  • Enable voice authentication: If set to false, all voice authentications will be automatically declined.

EFT

  • Purchase
    • Cash back is supported on PED.
    • Tip is supported on PED.
    • Token is returned in response and can be used in EFT requests.
  • Refund
    • Stand-alone refund only.
  • Void
    • It is possible to void any transaction by the EFT Transaction ID of the original transaction.
  • Get last transaction
    • Receipts for the last successful transaction can always be retrieved. The details, however, are only accessible once: the first time the recovery of the last transaction is needed.
  • Get transaction
    • It is possible to get details on any transaction depending on the unique POS ID. The details are only accessible once, after that only the receipts are returned.
  • Verification
    • Signature verification
    • Voice authentication
    • Confirm amount, used for cash back.
  • Cancel
    • It is possible to cancel the ongoing transaction from the POS.
