EFTPOSNZ- Signature Verification Receipt fix.
FreedomPay:
- LineItem null reference fix.
- Cancel from POS removed.
Optomany: Error handling when parsing the json status response and handling the receipt data.
Verifone Israel - Z Report does not throw error if result code is 92 or 300.
Verifone UK - EFT TransactionId is now unique.

Value of EFTTransactionID no longer based on merchant_order_no field from AddPay (which is based on TransactionID sent in by POS in the request). EFTTransactionID now reflects the trans_no value from AddPay (Unique number identifying the transaction). trans_no was previously in the AdditionalID field, which is now empty. Timezone on local machine used in response.

Setting added: LS Central Software version added that is sent in with every request.
LS Pay Software version added and sent in with every request.
GetLastTransaction implemented. Returns the last Transaction Response received.

Code refactored and better error handling.
GetLastTransaction now returns the last TransactionResponse that is stored locally in LS Pay after each transaction.
Delay added to settings for polling so Moneris Gateway is not spammed.
IGiftCardService implemented: GiftCard functionality added: InitializeAsync, ActivateAsync, AddValueAsync, BalanceInquiryAsync, DeactivateAsync.
GiftCard purchase if TenderType is sent in as GiftCard.

Decimal amounts no longer parsed wrong into TransactionResponse.
Loyalty Card Acquisition being canceled (both from POS and from terminal) no longer leads to a normal Purchase/Refund being sent to the terminal.
Approved message is shown on terminal after loyalty payments.
